I had a lot of good habits,
and I let them all go.
Now I look at my life,
how it is,
and how I wanted it to be.
And I look at the pile of no longer used habits.
Just pick one, I remind myself.
But which one?
The cornerstone habit. The one habit that supports all others.
Many people describe either physical activity or meditation as their cornerstone habit.
This habit will make it easier to bring all other habits back on track.
