‘have to do’ / ‘want to do’

When i feel overwhelmed with things to do,
I often make two lists.

On one paper i write ‘have to do’,
on the other paper i write ‘want to do’.

I empty my head.

When finished,
I look again at ‘have to do’
and try to move each item to ‘want to do’.

After that, I sit back
and breathe a sigh of relief.
Now I know what I ‘have to do’.
