Last year I ate and drank vegan for a month.
That was a very clear goal.
Now in that same month I could also have added these goals:
– workout 3 times a week
– spend time in the quiet every day
– eat healthy (beer and crisps are also vegan 😉 )
But I didn’t.
If you want to go in too many directions at the same time,
chances are quite big you will end up nowhere.
