After a workout (mostly weightlifting) my muscles are tired.
There is just not enough precision in my arm to trim my beard.
Believe me, I have tried.
It took weeks to grow back in shape.
Work is no different.
Don’t do the sensitive, fine, nuanced work after getting exhausted with your big projects.
That complicated email you need to send?
In which you want to be clear, but not offend?
Do it first.
Trim that beard before your workout.
