One of my goals for the coming years is to improve my health.
That’s about eating, exercise, breathing, etc. etc.
Each month I set a small, easy goal.
However I find myself thinking
that these small goals don’t matter.
Because also I need to do this, that, and the other.
That’s a dangerous thought.
It makes me lose focus on the small, easy goal I try to accomplish.
It takes away of the celebration of this goal when I accomplish it.
Right now, this small goal does matter.
And when I have accomplished it,
only then the next small goal will begin to matter.
