Working out: the turtle way

Most of us would like to exercise more,
but life and everything gets in the way.
That’s also true for me.

Today I did my first work out after a long time.
I started a training programme and it felt good.

In true turtle style,
I work with what I’ve got (my body),
I think long term,
and I take small steps.

In the coming days I will write more about this journey as it unfolds.
Not as an expert, but as a musing beginner.
